service overview

how our FEMA & Disaster Recovery service helps you

Streamline helps communities navigate every phase of disaster recovery, from immediate response through long-term resilience. Our team provides substantial damage evaluations, benefit-cost analyses, disaster recovery program management, FEMA grant support, regulatory compliance, and technical assistance throughout the recovery process. We work closely with local, state, and federal agencies to help clients secure funding, meet program requirements, and rebuild stronger after disasters.

Disaster Recovery

We support communities through all phases of disaster recovery by providing engineering, damage assessments, regulatory compliance, and funding assistance to restore resilient infrastructure.

Substantial Damage Evaluations (SDE)

We perform FEMA-compliant Substantial Damage Evaluations (SDEs) to determine rebuilding requirements, support floodplain management, and assist communities following flood events.

Case Study

Texas Hill Country Disaster Recovery Program Management & NFIP Substantial Damage Evaluations

Following the catastrophic July 4th flooding in Central Texas, local governments faced the urgent challenge of assessing hundreds of flood-damaged structures while remaining compliant with National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) requirements. Communities needed rapid technical support to make defensible substantial damage determinations, protect public safety, and preserve eligibility for FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation funding—all under compressed emergency response timelines.

Case Study

Judson Road &
Lookout Road Drainage Improvements

Recurring flooding at the Judson Road and Lookout Road low-water crossings posed a significant risk to public safety, emergency access, and transportation reliability. As the drainage lead, Streamline developed comprehensive hydrologic and hydraulic
analyses to evaluate existing flood conditions and optimize proposed improvements.
